Ed Sherman

Director of Environmental Services

Ed has extensive experience in electrical construction, burner mechanics, and workplace safety initiatives. He joined the team at Dykeland Lodge in 2009 and has been a cherished and trusted adviser for Dykeland and the community ever since. A master relationship builder Ed has loaned his talents to many provincial committees as the current Vice Chair for SCEPA, and past Board Director for AWARENS. Mr. Sherman holds numerous certificates and diplomas related to Environmental Services. Ed is driven, by developing and sharing emergency measures best practices within the sector. As a past President of the Volunteer Fire Department in Windsor, Nova Scotia its clear to see that Ed has devoted much of his career to safety initiates and Community emergency preparedness infrastructure.
